An Open Invitation
If you are looking out into the world today,
perhaps you see complicated and transitional times. Perhaps you feel concerned, if not outright overwhelmed.
Perhaps you feel motivated to make a positive change in your life or in the world, but you also recognize that change “out there” starts “in here”. Perhaps you have something to build, or something to say, but you are looking first, for authentic alignment.
Perhaps you are feeling an absence of deep connection - to yourself, community, nurturing environments and Nature. Perhaps you are ready to not only reconnect, but discover a new way to view and experience connection.
Perhaps you are ready to imagine what stepping out into the world from this deeper place feels like, and what possibilities can unfold in the process.
This is the journey home. Where living in this world authentically and with deep connection is possible.

Coaching FAQs
-
The coaching relationship is a true partnership between the coach and client. While the coach is the expert in the coaching process, the coach recognizes the client is the expert in their own life, and thereby chooses the direction of their personal growth and development. A coaching conversation, which is the foundation of the coaching relationship, is outcome and solution focused. More importantly, it is a style of inquiry that allows for deepening self-awareness, which is the gateway to moving through internal and external blocks and towards a desired experience.
-
The coaching relationship is primarily focused on improvement, growth and personal development. Sometimes coaching conversations delve into the past to help a client move forward in the present. Therapy, on the other hand, is primarily focused on the past with the goal of better understanding the present. Therapy often dives into past trauma, guides the healing process and helps clients manage emotions and mental health challenges. It is not uncommon for a client to see both a coach and a therapist concurrently as part of a broader wellness plan.
-
The coaching consultation call is simply an opportunity for the coach and prospective client to get to know one another, learn more about the coaching process, and the parameters of the coaching relationship. Every coach has their unique style, just as every client has their unique journey and desired destination. This dynamic is benefitted when there is synergy and agreement. Because the coaching relationship rests on the depth of trust and the strength of collaboration between coach and client, it is important that the coach and client feel that the partnership is a good fit.

No. The coaching relationship is a partnership in which the direction and outcome is driven by the client. The outcome is impacted by the honesty, drive, willingness and accountability the client brings to the coaching relationship. For this practical reason, the coach cannot guarantee a particular outcome. While the coach can speak to the potential value of the coaching process, guaranteeing a particular outcome also goes against the ICF (international Coaching Federation) code of ethics.
