Summary: CommonSpirit Health is a National Health Care organization encompassing Dignity Health and CHI. Across the Dignity Health market, CommonSpirit partnered with Notable Health to develop and implement a pre-appointment digital check-in experience for patients with clinic appointments.

Role: Online training course design and build.

Goal: Create an evergreen and easily accessible training experience for employees, leaders and providers beyond the initial product launch.

Challenge: Convey technical product information to a non-technical audience. Create easy to digest workflow instructions. Create an easily accessible training experience that accounts for moderate to high employee turnover. Create an online hub of resources and information for ongoing support and education.

Platforms: Articulate, Rise 360

Accomplishments: Using Articulate, Rise 360, I built a family of modular, self-paced online training courses tailored for unique and overlapping audiences, that focused on product education and EHR workflow. Modules were designed cohesively, spoke in plain language, and used interactive features to engage audiences with easily digestible content. Currently being used by hundreds of clinic teams across CA, NV and AZ markets.
